Participants on this course will explore the role and purpose of, and the skills involved in, writing effective records and reports. The course will aim to build on the skills of the participants and enhance their confidence in structuring, writing and evaluating these forms of communication so others can understand them.

The aim of the course is to explore the skills involved in effective recording and report writing and relate these to the participants' own working environments
